The Holiday Apartment is located in the traffic-free center of Los Llanos, right at the popular Plaza featuring huge laurel trees.
The new, very tasteful and modern equipped flat Ático La Plaza is situated on the top floor of a building, near the beautiful Plaza in the heart of Los Llanos
The newly refurbished accommodation offers every comfort and comprises a spacious balcony with a dreamlike view over the roofs allowing a glimpse of the Cumbre mountain panorama.
Towards the west side you even see the ocean. You are only a few steps from the Plaza in the center of Los Llanos, where you can enjoy a coffee while sitting under the shady trees.
Ático La Plaza is located in the traffic-free zone of the town, bars, restaurants and shops are located within a short walking distance.
The Holiday Apartment is perfect for guests, not only for those who seek peace and quiet, but also for those who prefer a Mediterranean flair in the Cafés and on the Plazas and also enjoy strolling the picturesque old town center.
It is also a perfect choice for bikers, as there are 2 bike rentals or rather tour operators, located nearby. A car is dispensable; however, we recommend a rental car to explore the island.
The balcony is an absolute highlight and offers a stunning view
Coming from the elevator, you first enter the spacious, light-flooded salon with a fitted American kitchen.
Opposite the entrance there is a large, cosy sofa with a Recamier, on one side you can access the balcony.
A satellite-TV and a flat screen with German channels provides entertainment.
The furnishing is modern and tasteful, bright red accents exude a joyful freshness, blending perfectly with decorative lightning.
In the back of the room the open kitchen is fitted along two wall sides with a dining table in front, that seats 4 and serves as a room partition.
The kitchen is very well equipped with an induction cooker (3 plates), an oven, a large fridge-freezer, a dish washer, plenty of tableware and cooking utensils, which makes cooking enjoyable, even during your holidays.
The kitchen provides access to a balcony facing the patio where you find the washing machine, a clothes horse as well as cleaning utensils.
A small corridor connects the guest room, the bedroom and the bathroom.
Windows that stretch over both sides of the bedroom provide a light and friendly atmosphere. One window offers a terrific view of the mountains towards the Caldera, the other window faces the patio.
A comfortable double bed with new, back-friendly mattresses makes you sleep well.
Atmospheric lights, pictures and decorative accessories create an ambience of wellbeing.
One of the built-in closets offers plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe.
In case you require separate bedrooms, the guest room can be equipped with a sofa bed, that serves as a second place to sleep.
Apart from that, the room with a window facing the atrium is a place of retreat or, if required, can be used to store your luggage and other stuff, that elsewhere would stand in your way.
A feast for the eyes is the beautiful, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower (rain shower and normal), a large washbasin with illuminated mirror and a toilet.
The side hanging locker and the large cabinet basis offer plenty of storage space for utensils. A window in the shower unit provides ventilation and a view of the mountains.
An absolute highlight is the spacious balcony with its fantastic view.
You enjoy a gorgeous view of the Cumbre as well as a view of the idyllic Plaza below and the streets of the old town center.
A small ensemble featuring a coffee table, two chairs and a bench is located on one side of the balcony and on the other side there is space for two comfortable sun loungers.
If necessary, a marquee can provide shade.
The Holiday Apartment is located on the 5th (top) floor of the building, an elevator is available.
Stairs from the Plaza lead up to the entrance of the building/elevator, which – despite there is an elevator, makes the apartment suitable only to a limited extend for people with impaired mobility.
